1st Communion Greeting Cards

Weather - Sea Of Cowards

After nearly a year of a triumphant debut on the charts around the world, "Cowboys From Dead Weather" again with or second album "Sea Of Cowards."
After a powerful, imposing and stunning first panel entitled "Horehound" American band formed by Jack White (The White Stripes), Alison Mosshart (The Kills), Dean Fertita (Queens Of The Stone Age) and Jack Lawrence (The Greenhorns ), return to the stage and our speakers with a new material discrográfico. Material indeed from what was announced its release, has generated much expectation to their loyal fans (myself included).

few months ago, in several Internet blogs could see how it was taken for a fact the song Blue Blood Blues how the first promotional single of the American band, but we decided to make Die By The Drop the first single promoting the album through a mini video which they could listen to a Dead Weather darker, heavier and more pedal attachment, aggressive and distorted guitar effects. I say what

Die By The Drop is a success and that (as we are used to Jack White), was a success choose this song as the first single.

I must admit that even though the album seems to me other good (very good), I sometimes feel that distorted effects abuse and tearing Mosshart's voice is used very repetitive throughout the album, do not say what is bad, if not knowing what the talent of these musicians could have opted for something more ... just an opinion that I have to respect.

Well then ... the disk could not have started better, Blue Blood Blues is a perfect intro leads us to what we have prepared the U.S. in 2010, for a little over 3 minutes Jack White and his surprising aggressiveness, stun you with an excellent implementation of his voice, which along with a powerful riff and a catchy melody and aggressive to other teeth do you want to follow track by track listening to what ends the disc, for me ... this is one of the best songs on the album. We passed

Hustle And Cuss well as The Difference Between Us, two very powerful too, the first a bit better than the second, with a very low line to Lawrence, blues, delicious and it seems to be coming Old West for a few moments. I'm Mad

the other side shows the new face of the band, a darker side, burlesque, and very dark. In this song her voice makes Mosshart a means to relieve the madness and creativity in it. This topic can be seen that they wanted to do something different to what we are accustomed, the result ... very good. We passed

Die By The Drop, one of the best songs on the album, which as mentioned was the first single of this production, Jack and Alison again makes a good partner to make this song a hit filled with poison and dark energies. Become distorted guitars to make present and make the song a successful experiment in every sense of the word. Gasoline

a very powerful and good song also reminds us for a few moments with exquisite requinteos Jimmy Page and Led Zeppelin for a few moments, no doubt, song makes it true to its name by the amount of power behind it.

And then we'll continue to listen very good themes, each with their respective "something" that makes the "7 Inch" sound a treasure for all lovers of Garage Rock. Finally we
Old Mary song, a song that while at first I was not convinced at all, until a few days ago ended up becoming one of my favorites so far. And that is their distinctive and catchy chorus make the song a beauty and a good ending to a disc of a new style of others linked to the title and sound of this song ...

In short, the record is very good, personally I give it a 8.5 out of 10 points and then what I can only tell you what they hear, and watch out because it may (hopefully) be, why now The Dead Weather deigns to give a big concert in our country ... Now, two albums and is a good material to go for a tour! hehe.

disk go up soon. Greetings.
